A View On Israel Flowers

There are many Israel flowers species in spite of the fact that 60% of Israel is desert region. In the non-desert region, Israel has many flowers species in compare to many European and Asian countries. The reason for this is based on the fact that Israel varies in weather conditions, topography and ground regions. This fact makes many growth regions and houses for Israel flowers that have different life requirements.

There are many wild Israel flowers like Rose, Narcissus, Iris and Orchis. For example the Orchis family includes Orchis anatolica, Orchis laxiflora, Orchis galilaea, Orchis collina, Orchis capia, Orchis sancta, Orchis Tridentata and more.

Flora researchers divided the earth into flora regions. Every region is closed by physical borders and characterize by its weather and its flora.There are countries that are in one flora region and others who physically are in some flora regions. Israel flowers are in 4 flora regions: Mediterranean region, Irano-Turanian region, Saharo Arabian region and Tropical Sudanian  region.

Many Israel flowers are in the Mediterranean flora region. This region is the most known and has clear borders. It includes most of the countries in the Middle East. The climate for this region is divided into 2 equal seasons. One is an easy winter with rains and the other is a hot dry summer. The flora in this region is very reach in compare to its region size. In Israel this region includes the beach lowland from Gaza to Lebanon border, all Gallil mountains, Hashomron and the Yehuda mountains west side.

The Irano-Turanian region includes Afghanistan, Turkey, Asia center and Tibet. The climate in most of this region is very dry. The winter is cold and snowy, spring and autumn are rainy and the summer is hot and dry. The flora is very rich and it looks like a desert area with some lonely trees. In Israel the region includes the Negev north, Yehuda desert and a belt around Hermon mountain.

The Saharo-Arabian region is huge. The region includes Sahara desert and many huge regions in the Arab peninsula and Iraq. The summer is very hot and dry and the winter is easy. Rain period is very short and the dry period is long. Most of the region is without flora. In Israel it includes Negev south and Yehuda desert.

The Tropical Sudan region is just penetrating Israel sometimes. It includes the south Arava and Eilat. The winter is dry and the summer is wet. The flora in this region is belong to the old tropical region and doesn't have anything in common with the previous regions.

From what is written above, It can be seen that Israel Flowers are not homogenous. Every kind of Israel Flower has the stamp of its region. There are many Israel Flowers species that belongs to 1 or 2 flora regions or even 3 flora regions. Israel Flowers can be divided to geographic species. One region flowers, two region flowers, three region flowers and multi-regions flowers.
